“Girogustando in the villages of Maremma”
Grosseto, 22 September 2021_The Consorzio Tutela Vini della Maremma Toscana has joined with enthusiasm, providing its patronage and offering the widest collaboration, also to the 5th edition of “Girogustando nei Borghi di Maremma”, created by CAT Confesercenti Toscana with Confesercenti Grosseto at interior of the Tuscan Showcase and Unioncamere Toscana project.
The local restaurants will host, starting from 23 September, restaurants from other areas of Tuscany, each one will prepare – with the presence of the chefs – the agreed “four-handed” menu and present it to the guests.
“Also for this year we have decided to support the project which aims to compare and enhance the products of the different territories to which they belong and we want to underline once again the importance of working in synergy with catering, a precious interlocutor for the Consortium. Two wineries of the DOC Maremma Toscana will therefore participate in each of the appointments and will be able to present their wines in combination with the dishes prepared by the chefs ”, explains Luca Pollini, director of the Tuscan Maremma Protection Wines Consortium.
